The Walker's summer house is positioned in a quiet place, far away from the city noise and civilization. That was actually the idea of having this kind of a place - to be a place where they could take rest and fill their batteries. Also it was a rather safe place, without records of robberies or criminal acts in the near surrounding so it all sound as a great place to spend the summer days relaxing, something that everyone dreams of.
